Glen uses his background in behavior design, mindfulness, and technology to help people live happier, healthier, and more meaningful lives. His ongoing research into the intersection of tech and wellbeing leads him to constantly experiment with new ways to help people reach their potential..
He’s the former founder and CEO of an award-winning, multi-million dollar health and medical industry-based tech and online marketing company with customers across the US, including Alcon Surgical, Drugstore.com, HealthGrades, Johns Hopkins Hospital, the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Cleveland Clinic, and thousands of medical practices, centers, and hospitals.
He’s spoken about technology and workplace culture at SXSW, health tech at Health 2.0, transtech and biohacking at the Quantified Self World Conference, mindfulness at TED Active, and more. He studied mindfulness with University of Massachusetts’ Medical School professor Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD and is certified in Stanford Behavior Design Lab founder Dr. BJ Fogg’s Tiny Habits® behavior change methodology. He’s also trained in high-performance coaching and flow science with Steven Kotler’s Flow Research Collective.
A former Division 1 athlete and a lifelong innovator, builder, health advocate, and playful rebel, he’s currently the founder of Stamina Lab which is building products and solutions to help improve the mental and physical health and wellbeing of people looking to reduce stress, improve their nutrition, be more active, get better sleep, enjoy happier, healthier lives, and unlock their human potential.
